It will only take you about 10 minutes to prepare them, and I guarantee that you will enjoy eating these delicious small bites!
Ingredients:
- 1 coffee cup of yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar {26g}
- 2 tea spoons of sugar
- 20 tablespoons of flour
- 1 pack of baking powder {13g}
- oil
- icing sugar
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a larger bowl, and beat until you get a fine mixture. If it’s too thick, add a bit more yogurt.
2. Take a frying pan and heat the oil {oil should not be too hot}.
3. Fry tablespoons of the mixture in heated oil.
4. When fritters get a nice color, turn and fry the other side {if you are frying them in deep oil, they will turn naturally}.
5. Place on paper towel to absorb the oil.
6. Sprinkle icing sugar over the fritters.
